Is the trial class free?
Yes. Step Up uses the free trial to understand the student and recommend the right next step.
Do I need a placement test first?
Only when it helps. Beginners may go directly to a suitable A1 trial, while students with previous English may receive a placement test.
Can I ask about schedules?
Yes. Current options depend on age, level, demand, available places and teacher availability.
